Monday- Cirencester Leisure, 11.30am- Core Conditioning, members only, suitable for any postnatal woman, whether that be 6 months or 40 years post birth, or for any ladies that want to regain core connection and heal pelvic floor issues.
Monday and Thursday- online, 7.45pm- Full Body Burn, 40 mins.
